As a strategic partner to Market Area (sales and market area) team, working with the management to ensure all employees are recruited, trained, developed, motivated and managed to effectively carry out their duties to be in line with the company business objectives. Details includes:- To analyze and interpret manpower statistics and make recommendations to assist the development of operating efficiency.- To recruit enough suitable staff for Market Area according to the business needs and development.- To develop annual training plan for the Market Area team, and to implement company training and development policies in Market Area to ensure that all employees are competent tochi pink dazzle
