1、During the prototype of on—shore wind turbine V60
Mechanical engineer, bearing specialist, responsible for design, verification and validation of yaw system, blade bearing, main bearings and service crane.
Joined and presented the project of V60 from G3 to G5.
Joined drive chain test, fatigue test of blade bearing and capacity test of service crane.
Completed the TS of main bearings and service crane.
Completed installation of CMS and tests of vibration and noise of turbine on wind farm.
Completed hardening depth test of blade bearing and pushed supplier to upgrade the quality.
Supported sourcing and developed suppliers for bearings, yaw top and service crane.
Supported production at workshop and assembly of wind turbine on the wind farm.
Maintained the BOM of mechanical parts according to the ECR.
Reviewed P-FMEA, PPAP of yaw top, bearings and service crane from suppliers.
Completed the PS of tightening the V60 Blade Bearing, Blade bolts.
Designed special instruments used to mount stud bolt for production.

2、During the MarkⅡ of on—shore wind turbine V60

Proposed the modification of material used in blade bearing, yaw top and main shaft.
Updated TPS、DVVP for blade bearing, service crane.

Supported sourcing and developed suppliers for blade bearing and service crane.
Completed prototype tests for blade bearing and service crane.
Analyzed and calculated to find the root cause of main bearing quality, and took corrective actions for the improvement.
Made DVVP for the torque limiter of yaw gear.

3、Project Experience
2009/12--Present: redesign and localization of yaw gear for V60
Project Description: It was important part of mark Ⅱ for Vestas (China), which focused on quality upgrade, cost reduction and purchase lead time reduction
Responsibility: Participant, responsible for DVVP of torque limiter in yaw gear V60.

2009/10--2009/12: quality upgrade of main bearing from supplier
Project Description: It was important part of mark Ⅱ for Vestas (China), which focused on quality upgrade, cost reduction and purchase lead time reduction
Responsibility: Project owner, responsible for analysis and calculation of the root cause and corrective actions for the improvement together with supplier.
the quality is 4 sigma after the project.

2009/8--2009/12: development of service crane V60
Development Tools: Pro/E
Project Description: It was important part of mark Ⅱ for Vestas (China), which focused on quality upgrade, cost reduction and purchase lead time reduction
Responsibility: Project owner, responsible for design, sourcing support and verification.69 thousand (CNY) was saved, purchase lead time was reduced by 1.5 months in 2009 and the quality was in the specification.

2009/4--2009/11: development of blade bearing V60
Development Tools: Pro/E, Ansys
Project Description: It was important part of mark Ⅱ for Vestas (China), which focused on quality upgrade, cost reduction and purchase lead time reduction.
Responsibility: Project owner, responsible for design, sourcing support and verification. 1,392 thousand (CNY) was saved, purchase lead time was reduced by 2 months in 2009 and the quality was in the specification.

2008/3--2009/4: development of on-shore turbine V60
Project Description: It was the tailor-solution for wind energy system in north China by Vestas.
Responsibility: Mechanical engineer and bearing specialist, responsible for design verification and validation of yaw system, blade bearings, main bearings and service crane
